i did it with painter
took me some hours
and i am pretty pleased with this one

just clicked on some of the older paintings in your gallery, quite interesting to see how your paintings have evolved. i'm very impressed with this one. not only does the scene look completely accurate and the characters are recognizable, the slight distortion that one can spot there really adds to the atmosphere too. excellent painting, really puts the focus on the hypocrite cop that acts like an insane murderer himself.
